Satellite 11:00 pm WDT Low cloud lingers over southeast WA in southerly winds but is causing little, if any, rain. It is staying mostly clear and dry elsewhere, except for the far southwest, where cloud is increasing ahead of an upper trough. No rain is falling from this cloud as yet.
